A holistic, hybrid mentorship program designed for emerging dancers of all ages, backgrounds and styles who are ready to deepen their artistry and strengthen their professional presence. M4D helps dancers move beyond simply booking jobs — and into becoming fully realized, empowered movement artists. Whether your path leads to commercial dance, concert work, choreography, freestyle, creative direction, production, or education, this program supports you in building a career that is both creatively fulfilling and professionally sustainable.

FOUNDER / LEAD EDUCATOR
Recognized by the LA Times as a visionary Creative Movement Director, Zoe Rappaport has worked across the industry in Los Angeles and New York for nearly two decades.
With a career spanning editorial, fashion, film, live performance and brand storytelling, her ability to translate artistic concepts into striking physical expression has made her a sought-after creative partner in both commercial and artistic spaces.
As a Movement Director, Zoe has worked with global brands and artists such as Estée Lauder, Coca-Cola, HP, FLAUNT, LOVE Magazine, Schon! Switzerland, Flo Milli, Lisa Rinna, Alexis Ren, The Fat Jewish, ZHU and more. She has contributed to projects for Hermès, The Grammy’s, America’s Got Talent, and So You Think You Can Dance. Her work has been featured in LA Times, Frieze Magazine and Dance Magazine, amongst others.
Collaborating with leading designers, brands, artists, and filmmakers, Zoe brings a distinct creative lens to every project—whether directing movement for high-fashion editorials, choreographing for film or shaping immersive performances. With an innovative and interdisciplinary approach, she continues to redefine the role of movement in contemporary culture, elevating fashion and beyond through the power of dance.
A founding member of Choreographers Guild, Zoe is committed to mentoring the next generation of empowered movement artists, bringing dance into new and unexpected places, and elevating the field as a whole.
